Avido lector de tebeos, comienza su andadura como dibujante de monigotes con apenas 6 años. En plena pubertad hace el humor por primera vez colaborando en diario Jaén. Aquella experiencia periodística le anima a labrarse un porvenir y así deja aparcado el dibujo y se busca trabajo como administrativo, lo que le permite trabajar en lo que no le gusta, comer caliente y pagar su impuestos religiosamente, o sea, blasfemando.
